A specialist from Airbus Defence and Space (Aquitaine), pictured in a cleanroom in the Baikonur cosmodrome, installs a vacuum bag on an insulation tile on the exterior of Schiaparelli, the ExoMars entry, descent, and landing demonstrator module. The vacuum bag applies constant pressure to the tile for 2 days and consolidates the bonding between the tile and the structure beneath.
