The DREAMS (Dust Characterisation, Risk Assessment, and Environment Analyser on the Martian Surface) package, consists of a suite of sensors:
MetWind – to measure the local wind speed and direction (MetWind);
DREAMS-H – to measure humidity;
DREAMS-P – to measure pressure;
MarsTem – to measure surface temperature;
SIS (Solar Irradiance Sensor) – to measure the transparency of the atmosphere; and
MicroARES – to measure atmospheric electrification; ARES stands for Atmospheric Radiation and Electricity Sensor.
