The flight model of the Orbiter's central tube composite structure, scheduled to arrive at Mars in 2016, has been manufactured.

This photo shows the Orbiter’s central tube, after being laminated and removed from its mould, during ultrasonic testing. This test has verified the quality of the manufacturing.
