Schiaparelli, also known as the ExoMars Entry, descent and landing Demonstrator Module (EDM), being prepared for mating with the Trace Gas Orbiter (TGO) in the Cannes facility of Thales Alenia Space (France) on 11 April 2015. Schiaparelli is mounted on its ground handling trolley. Members of the integration team are in the process of connecting the special lifting rig (on the floor behind the trolley) to the overhead crane that will position Schiaparelli on top of the TGO (in the background).
