Schiaparelli, also known as the ExoMars Entry, descent and landing Demonstrator Module (EDM), suspended above the Trace Gas Orbiter (TGO) on an overhead crane in the Cannes facility of Thales Alenia Space (France) on 11 April 2015, in preparation for mating. One member of the integration team can be seen on a mobile access platform ('cherry picker'), from where he will guide the process of slowly lowering Schiaparelli into position onto the bolts of the orbiter interface ring.
