This is the MetMast, which carries several sensors that are part of the DREAMS payload on the ExoMars Schiaparelli payload.

The DREAMS (Dust Characterisation, Risk Assessment, and Environment Analyser on the Martian Surface) package, consists of a suite of sensors:

MetWind – to measure the local wind speed and direction (MetWind);
DREAMS-H – to measure humidity;
DREAMS-P – to measure pressure;
MarsTem – to measure surface temperature;
SIS (Solar Irradiance Sensor) – to measure the transparency of the atmosphere; and
MicroARES – to measure atmospheric electrification; ARES stands for Atmospheric Radiation and Electricity Sensor.
